PROFESSIONAL Sommeliers courses

Open to former catering school students, chefs, restaurant managers and people interested in the topic


Lenght : 2 weeks

11 Full day classes – 82 hours in total.
Class hours: from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except external visits from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
Venue: wine room at the Castle of Costigliole d'Asti

Day 1 – Monday (6 hours)

Wine tasting and food: stuffed pasta (meat and fish)

Day 6 – Saturday ( from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. - 7 hours)
Visit to a small wine producer – Azienda Tenuta San Mauro Castagnole Lanze
Guided wine tasting lab with form in the wine factory and buffet of typical food products

Day 7 – Monday (9 hours)
The vinification of white wines
Wine tasting and food: the rice (vegetables, meat and fish)
Visit to the Gancia factory

Day 8– Tuesday ( 8 hours)
