STAGE - workexperience

At school one can study culinary art, but you will improve just by practice. According to all our basic and advanced course didactic programmes, the internship will take place in qualified restaurants where, putting at stake one's abilities, will be possible to improve one's skills and to “steal” the tricks of the chef's trade.

The choice of the place (or of the places) where the internship will take place is due to the personal preference and field of activity: meat, fish, game, pasta, pastry, wines, following the pupil's desires.

In at least 3 or 4 stars restaurants.
Accommodation and full board are included.
