Culinary "Stile Italiano" Tours
Professional
chefs and Italian cuisine lovers are the ideal participants of Culinary
Tours (Tour Enogastronomici), which allow also to make the most
of beautiful Italian settings: castles, mountains, lakes, villas,
archaeology and art cities joined with the highest quality Italian
products. Every day a particular theme will be deepened: wines,
meats, cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, pastry. Then, experts will
bring participants to discover the places of production, where products
will be tasted. At the end of each day, a special supper will be
prepared using the local products and specialities.
The programmes start on Monday, at the school, with
a day of work, practical demonstrations and individual or group
activities.
From Thursday to Friday the activities will take place in the selected
context. On Saturday, all together, back to school, will put to
the test the acquired skills.

TUSCANY: Wines, meats, oils, fishes
VENETO: wines and grappe, meats, pastas and cheeses
SICILY: wines, pasta, fishes, pastry
